2014 Theme_Structured data errors: updated and author. How to fix?

Hi. I use WordPress 2014 theme with only plugins, no need for a child theme. https://biomeonboardawareness.com/ I have structured errors for “updates” and “author” errors and Google placed manual actions on my website. When I use the Structured Data Testing Tool to check each page via the live data for errors,”test live data”, I get “all good”. If the error is because the update dates for posts are missing on the post, what plugin adds this in? I have not found a plugin that adds the updated dates, and I don’t know how to add author information. Can you please help me better understand how to remedy the errors?
