2017 Theme Banner Issue on Phone only

So how does Bertha get the extra photos to appear “behind” the text as the user scrolls up? Is that accomplished by adding multiple photos to the Header Media: Header Image section? It looks very cool.

Under theme options, add pages as “sections”. The image that then appears on the home page is the featured image for that page.

Thanks. But, I looked in every menu in my WP admin, including the Appearance > Customize panel for themes, and I can’t find “Theme options” or anything that would suggest “add pages as section”. Would you direct me to “Theme options”? Sorry to be a pain, but I really would like to check out and probably use this look.
