20190810 Configuring Groundhogg as Ticket System

I am wondering if Groundhogg can be configured as a ticket system without external integrations
The general idea would be to use a form to collect a support request from a user, then store the contents of that form in fields that persist in the user’s record (ie don’t get overwritten by next form submission).
I’ve seen a tutorial on how to do this with ActiveCampaign, but not without a Zapier integration if you want to allow users to submit multiple forms as tickets simultaneously.
I realize there are ticket systems that could be integrated but hoping to reduce interfaces and the overall technical debt of integration.
