I’m not sure if this will help, but it was the problem in my case: do you have an other plugin to enable lightbox effects? In the earlier days of NGG you needed that. If you do, you should deactivate that plugin and then it should work…

Yes I am using Auto Thickbox Plus, but I don’t want to deactivate it. This plugins has the best features for editing thickbox/lightbox.

Still noone has a fix? or same issue?

Yes, I tried it, but with negative effect. For example it works with the old 1.9.3 version on my german site:

@ch3ck3rm0n – The plugin creating this conflict has not been updated in roughly 1-1/2 years, perhaps you should contact that author to see if they have any plans to correct that?
