How to change the blog url from wp files

    I changed the blog url on my wp site to something else trying to trouble shoot a issue I’m having and now I get “page not found error”. I cannot login to my wp admin because it tries to redirect me to the bad url I used. Which file can I download from my ftp to manually go in and correct the url problem I’m having.
