problem uploading files

  • hi everyone,
    so i’m on 000webhost, free hosting system,
    and when i want to upload files using the add media buttons above the writing space,
    the browser and flash uploaders tell me this:
    The uploaded file could not be moved to home/…./public_html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads.
    if i try to put the option, create folders for years and month
    then it goes
    could not create the folders /home/…./public_html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2008/10.
    and it does that even if i create the folders myself using filezila
    anyone can help?
