Help! Transfer to New Server did not work!

I transferred my site (www.bakingandbooks.com) to a new server last night and while the front page & dashboard are working none of the links are (i.e. to post a comment, the pages etc.) Do you know why this might have happened and how I can fix it? I followed the instructions at the below two www.ads-software.com pages precisely:

Not Found
The requested URL /library was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
