2.3.5 Emails display as TEXT though HTML is selected. Update emails wont send.

    Since updating from 2.2 to 2.3.5 my ‘New Order’ emails appear as if they are in text format rather than HTML even though the settings are set to HTML.

    Ongoing Issue:
    The customer and myself receive the ‘New Order’ email, but the customer doesn’t receive follow up emails such as customer notes, order completion, etc..

    Any help with these would be wonderful!

    Heads up for those of you who have this issue:

    Issue #1
    This seemed to have resolved itself. The formatting is now correct… I did go through and change each of the email formats to text, then saved and changed them back to html then saved. I’m not sure if this affected it or if it was resolved on its own.

    Issue #2
    I decided to use SendGrid as an alternative mailing system. Problems solved!
