2.3.7 Download not Available?

Tried to download 2.3.7 to fix the importing issues. The download link says 2.3.6, the downloaded file is named 2.3.7 and once installed the plugin says it’s version 2.3.6. Importing a .csv still doesn’t work so I assume it’s correct in reporting v. 2.3.6.
