2439 'all' groups and 1 Home group

New 3.9.3 install onto WP 3.8.1 now upgraded to 3.8.2.
A look into Category Groups shows that new ‘all’ groups are automatically and continuously being created. Have to disable this plugin.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/extended-categories-widget/
