[Plugin: WP Super Cache] www redirect lost after ‘caching off’

Bug Submission:

It seems that on a blog where the blog url does not contain a ‘www’ prefix eg: https://blogname.com if you activate and use wp super cache and later decide to turn cahing off (in my case while playing with the theme). The normal wordpress .htaccess functionality of redirecting https://www.blogname.com to blogname.com is lost.
