25 or 587?

    Hi,

    We followed step by step all your instructions on how to set up WP Mail SMTP with SendGrid but with no positive results.

    No email is sent at all and furthermore when resending the form to a customer it emails it the the admin email instead.

    Could it be an issue with port 25?

    Any other advice?

    Hi,

    If you followed SendGrid tutorial, then you are using SendGrid mailer. In this case, you don’t need (and plugin doesn’t use) SMTP ports.
    Email Test in case of errors with configuration should show you an error with the text.
    Please provide it here.
