    Hello

    I keep getting the “250002: Invalid Authentication Information” error in the plugin settings. I revoked the authorization and authorized it again and it gives the “ok” status, but every 3-4 days it breaks again and causes breaking the checkout page and the shipping section.
    I noticed that other users had the same issue threads open, but couldn’t post there since there were marked as closed or resolved.

    Context:
    API Type? OAuth – REST API?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Are you using the latest version (2.3.11) of the plugin?

    Yes, the version in question was 2.3.11, it got updated to 3.0.0 two days ago.

    Hi @dnikod,

    We have just released a new version (3.1.0) that should increase the stability of the API connection.

    We’ll be releasing an update next week that will enable you to use your own UPS app and use your own API keys. Thanks to this, it will be possible to completely eliminate the problem of disconnecting the connection to the API.
