2.5.3. Feed Import not working Tweet announcement not working

Since i update to version 2.5.3 my external imports doesent work, payed Twitter plugin also not work! ICS file for import are possible to import in other systems.
Import feed shows no events for import, ICS file are full of events.
whats wrong, why doesent work anymore?
