User Community Plugin: profile and gallery directories?

  • Hello, great plugin! Just hope I can get it to work. I started out fine with the installation. Created a members page, saw the list but when I clicked on the name link there was no profile. And every time I tried to upload a photo it said there was no directory. I checked every sort of installation and usage document but I can figure how to create sub directories for profiles and the gallery? Can you please help?

  • Check the rights of your WordPress uploads folder. Normally the problem is that there is no write access or execution rights to the folder so, the folders needed by the plugin cannot be created and pictures cannot be loaded.

    Also, it’s a nice idea if you provide a link to your Community list to see what’s the problem and why it’s not showing the profile and pictures.
