28/5000 Design doubt for images

Good evening, I’m finishing my website and I’ve raised a doubt, I want to place 2 images, which by passing the cursor appears a text and take me to another page, from the menu I also want to go to that page looking I’ve seen that you can do with portfolio, would it be okay if I do it with a portfolio? , I have a bit of a mess with the pages and the portfolio pages.
