2.8.5 Load Time Issues

I’ve been doing some testing on my site and it seems to be loading really slowly.

One of the pages that is taking a long time has this URL:

Have I done something wrong when updating to the latest version of wordpress? I’m not sure if this is a wordpress support question or if it has something to do with my theme.
