[Plugin: Faster Image Insert] Checkbox and Gallery missing

1. The checkboxes to select which image to insert has disappeared! I know it was there before… but i think it disappeared after upgrading. I downgraded wordpress back to 2.8.1, but they aren’t there either.

2. After uploading all the images, there’s no way i can make it go to the Gallery tab where i can check them all or rearrange the order of the uploaded images. Now, right after all the images are uploaded, if i click on “Insert Selected Images”, instead of going into the Gallery, the images just disappear, and no Gallery tab appears. And when i downgraded back to 2.8.1, the Gallery appears, but as there aren’t any checkboxes, i can’t insert the images from there either.

Please help! I really loved this plugin when i first installed it…then i did not use the blog for awhile, and i guess i upgraded WP a couple of times, and now it doesn’t work well anymore. The other way i can insert multiples is through the media manager, but i can’t reorder the images, which sucks =/
