2checkout & woo commerce Checkout Form shipping& billing Fields

i am using 2checkout payment gateway with my woocommerce cart plugin. My products are already declared as intangible (downloadable) in woo-commerce and in woo-commerce checkout form “shipping details” is deactivated & are not present as i have customized it.

Once customer is redirected to 2checkout from my site, they need to put shipping details again. Woocommerce is passing all data to 2checkout forms, but shipping details are not captured by woo-commerce. So it should only pass the billing details.

i have contacted my gateway support, they told my to go for cart provider support as it is something to do with cart, not payment gateway.
ideally customer need not to put any details except C.C or D.C in 2checout as all details ( Billing is being captured, shipping not required) are already being captured by woo commerce. Will it be possible to do from my end? looking forward to you suggestions and help. Thanks.
