2FA admin lockout: rename folder fix

    I just wanted to share with anyone who locked themselves out as an admin with 2fa on WordFence, you can rename the plugin folder and you’ll be able to login. After you rename the folder back, it will keep you logged in, and you can adjust 2FA settings. Cheers.

    We document this in ways to forcefully regain access to your site, although we do advise this with 2FA issues should you also no longer have access to your backup 2FA codes.
