2FA does not work at all

  • It’s a really stupid plugin that the 2FA doesn’t even work on my site and blocked me out after 2 attempts.
    Now I can’t even log into my own site to complete orders.

    No support or SLA documented on their site as well.

  • Yep having the same problem and NO customer support can be found at all!!! You search help topics and it says you can use recovery codes but where are they?!

    LOL @ expecting an SLA for a FREE service. Made my day.
