2FA is not working?

So I’m trying to login to Wordfence. I have Premium with 2FA. I’m not getting any 2FA texts or emails so am trying to contact Support to find out why. However in order to access Premium Support, you have to be able to log in, and I can’t log in because the 2FA isn’t working. SO I’m locked out of my Premium account. WTF.
