I recently enabled the 2FA on Wordfence, I used DUO for the authenticator and now when I type in the code given to me, it tells me that my account information is invalid. I’m now currently locked out of my account, and had to create this account to even post this. When I try to send an “Unlock site” from wordfence, it sends nothing to my email. I need my site it’s my digital portfolio for graphic and ux design.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @jaympark, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to see you’ve had this trouble.

If you’re unable to verify your 2FA codes at all, you can rename the /wp-content/plugins/wordfence plugin folder to “wordfence_bak”. This should let you access and log into your site normally. You can then rename the folder back to “wordfence” to set up 2FA again from the Login Security pages.

If you have persistent problems with 2FA, a Javascript error will likely display in your browser console for your login page if there’s a problem like a plugin conflict. You can troubleshoot this by disabling all plugins except for Wordfence and reverting temporarily to a default theme. If 2FA lets you in, reenable your plugins and theme one-by-one until it stops working again to find the cause.

Please also note that any custom login pages or modal popups may have ongoing issues as our Login Security module only officially supports the default WordPress and WooCommerce login pages at this time.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

I unfortunately don’t have any of that. I can’t find my wordpress files on my computer. I’ve only ever done it my typing my site name/login and did everything online, now I don’t know how to get access to my site. Or how to create a new website to transfer my domain too.
