2FA lockout

I’ve lost access to to my account (.com) due to 2FA SMS messages not being received to my designated mobile number in Malaysia. I’ve changed passwords but can’t go any further without 2FA codes. I’ve looked for the original back-up codes but these are lost. I can’t disable 2FA without logging in. I’ve checked with my telecom provider but they can’t see any reason for 2FA codes not to be arriving.
I’ve had to create this ‘new’ account just to post my query!
