2FA plugin not sending code to email

  • Hi as I have changed my phone, I’m unable to log in to my WordPress as its not working when I request for the 2FA code. I do not receive my the code in my email.

    Need help

    I am sorry to read about your issue. To start off with, here is a question for you; were you using a one-time code from an app to log in, or you were receiving a code via email?

    In your message you said that you have changed your phone, so I am presuming you had a 2FA app configured. In that case then you cannot also receive a 2FA code over email. Maybe you’re referring to the 2FA backup codes?
