    Hello dear developers,

    I do not receive the CF7 e-mail after I have completed the confirmation.

    After filling out and submitting, I get the email I created with the confirmation link and everything works normally when confirming. I also see the opt-in in the plugin dashboard in the backend module, but then I do not receive the email to be sent from the form.

    If I deactivate the opt-in function in the form and test the form, the e-mail arrives. I also never see the second e-mail in the fluentSMTP logs. Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 and Multisite should not be the problem. Even if I deactivate the reCaptcha of CF7 it does not work properly. But actually a great plugin

    Thank you for reaching out and providing all those details. We’re glad to hear you find the plugin great despite this hiccup.

    To better understand and troubleshoot the issue, could you please share a link to your site? Alternatively, if possible, please provide a copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin so we can replicate your setup and investigate further.

    Once we have access, we’ll do our best to track down the problem and get everything running smoothly again!

    I have now tried a bit more where the error may be. By making a test form again and gradually adding functions from Ultimate Addons for CF7. There were no problems during the test, neither with multistep nor conditional fields. But then I tried to add more content from the original form and unfortunately it didn’t work anymore. Even when I removed the content from the form, I only got the confirmation e-mail.

    Now I made a new form and copied everything from the original form and then it suddenly worked with the e-mails. But that doesn’t make much sense.
