[3.0.3] Strange order addition when email fired

This is a clarification on the last items related to my previous split post

3-0-2-variation-total-and-product-price-mismatch/

Emails are now sending OK and email format is as expected.
When email is resent to customer (processing) an additional field appears on the order and consequently the resent email.

At the bottom of the order is a Form Entry: View link to the form which was used to collect the data for the product.
When the resend email is fired a new field appears above this.
gravity_form_entry: xx
This appears on the sent mail too.

This may not be new as I have never resent an email before the issues with 3.0 (never needed to) but it is undesirable content on the confirmation to customer.
