3.1.2 navigation controls issue

Updated to 3.1.2 and navigation controls vanish, swipe and slideshow stopped working. When I roll back to 3.1.1 it’s all fine again.

(Link provided is running 3.1.1. I do have a staging site which is where I tested 3.1.2 and then rolled back, but it is password protected and I’m not giving that here for obvious reasons, but can do privately).
