3.1.5 not working on latest woocommerce. revert to 3.0.8

    3.1.5 latest version stopped working after update… no discounts were displayed on bulk amounts on basket or checkout. I had to deactivate/ delete the plugin and upload a previous version 3.0.8 Reactivated, all previous settings were kept in the database and the discount showed as they should. Something not right with the current release?

    Please advise. Thank-you.

    Thanks for your reply. We’ll have to roll back our staging site and give access to that as we are in the middle of a campaign on the production site. Production site will have to remain on 3.0.8 until we see what the problem is.

    Our latest version uses coupon (virtual coupon) to apply discount, we have checked your staging site, woo-commerce coupon (settings) was disabled in your case. We have enabled the same, discount is working fine now.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
