• This plugin serves its purpose. There are problems here and there with the layout in the backend or with occasional error messages in the old WP editor (on the pages of other plugins). There are also a lot of functions that are only relevant in the American market. Maybe as a pure affiliate helper in the Europe/Germany area it could be a bit “oversized”. Nevertheless, it does what it is supposed to and is a good solution.

    Hi @psynoxis,

    We appreciate your honest feedback.

It sounds like a caching issue.

Please try purging the cache, log out, and log in again and see if the message disappears.

    Thanks,

Same issue here. Already tried your suggestion above. Still there.

    Hi @ia2ca,

I’m not able to reproduce the issue, most likely some caching is still causing the message to reappear on your site. If you try logging in to your site from an incognito window, does the issue persist? If possible, reach out to us through our ticketing system so we can take a closer look into the issue on your site.

I tried loggin out and in again on different browsers now. Sometimes it stood away after clicking X, but sometimes not.

Anyway, i don’t get it, why this message has to appear on EVERY page in the whole admin backend. This can’t be only a caching issue! You should know your limits → your very own backend pages. TA has nothing lost on any other page.

You had it in there for a week+ and now the whole TA world knows about it – don’t you think it’s time for a hot fix to remove it?

    Hi?@psynoxis,

The adblockers could be causing the issue – if you have any activated on your browser, could you try deactivating them and see if that helps?

The message is no longer visible in my browser. So I can’t test this anymore.

It couldn’t have been the ad blocker because it is deactivated for the entire domain.
