3.2.7 won’t update to 6.2.7

Not sure why this thread has been resolved (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/version-6-2-7-available-but-3-2-7-downloaded/) as it’s still an issue. I have several sites using this plugin, but it won’t update. Previous version 3.2.7 is trying to update to 6.2.7 (!) but it fails each time. Is there an issue with the version number?
(WP core version: 5.9.3)
