3.4.0 upgrade makes default podcast feed URL 404

After updating to 3.4.0 and perhaps related to the permalinks/all episode links going 404 issue, we’re now seeing that our main podcast feed URL is returning 404, even after refreshing permalinks. It was working at “/feed/podcast/” and that is the URL listed on the podcast details/settings page, but the only feed URL that actually works is the one at the “View Feed” link that is at the top of the feed details page, which is now “/feed/podcast/<podcast-slug>/”. Since this is obviously the feed everyone is subscribed to, we’d like to quickly figure out how to get this working again.
