3.5.5 Version : Error if download UT8

    we have Arabic store and the products title with arabic ( UT8)
    If we download Free as CSV ; Cannot Read The feed it’s come with font like example :
    Example:
    ?§ù???ù??? ù?ù??a?§?± 250 ù?ù? ( 6 ?-?¨?? )”,1.050

    Note Previous Version it’s working fine But after update to 3.5.5 The error comes
