    Apologies if we’ve dropped the ball on this issue a bit.

    Since introducing the fix in 3.6.2, I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue. Would it be possible to provide some fresh steps for how to reengineer this on my side so I can work out what might be going wrong?

    Yes, my best guess is to install it on a multisite running on a Windows IIS server. That was the culprit with the first bug I reported way back and I won’t be surprised if it’s the same again. Do you test on IIS <<?

    • Thanks for the post about Cloudflare – I checked that and it is not that issue. It happens even with empty snippets. The primary domain is on CloudFlare. The issue I’m reporting is that Snippets can be saved, but not for network activation.
    • Yes – the ticket I linked has all the testing I did including plugin conflicts.
    • I am my Host. It’s my own dedicated server at a datacentre, The problem is with the plugin, so I’m bringing it up here. It worked before and was broken around about 3.4.2 or so.

    Regarding the point about not being obligated to provide support here – I don’t car where I get the support so long as I get it. I bought the $400 license for this when it went commercial and tried to get support more than once through the site (details in my other thread). So instead, I am asking for support here. Just take it that I’m asking about the free version if that’s a problem. It’s the same plugin.

    If we go private via your support email, I can give you any access necessary to check this over. I have a test instance that I keep running on the server and you can play with that as much as you like. Or if there’s more I can provide publicly here, let me know. I’ve offered this all before and still offer it… publicly or privately. Whatever works for the rules.

    Let’s just get it sorted out.
