3.6 PHPCS Messes w/ ob_start

    Fatal error: ob_start(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in ‘x’.

    I believe there’s an issue with the most recent update, and I reckon, of the two updates,

    Add : Full code reformating for better performance and code comments
    Add : Using PHPCS to make standard definitions

    it’s the latter.
