3 Administrators, only 1 login works?

    Good day dear reader

    I need some help please. My website has been going since 2017. The site has 3 administrators. A few days ago I learned that only 1 administrator can login successfully (me). The other two admin logins do not work. When attempting to login, it stays on the login screen. No error messages are displayed.

    This is a single site installation.

    I’ve done the following:

    1. Reset the passwords
    2. Disabled all plugins and reverted to native WP theme 2024
    3. Checked and repaired the database in cPanel
    4. Reinstalled WP core
    5. Tried logging in from different machines, only my login works in all cases

    Also, when I attempt to create a new user, the user registration email arrives with the username and email as blank fields. Under the Users tab in WP it also shows up as blank with no role assigned, despite having chosen to create an administrator account. Again, no error messages are displayed.

    I would start with disabling all plugins, to rule out a plugin conflict.

    If this helps, you can narrow it down to one, then ask their support for assistance.
