    Hi,
I’ve just had this reported by a customer – 3 large black spots covering event ticket checkout page.
Assume there is a conflict somewhere?
I’m using Hestia Theme Version: 3.0.24 plus Event Tickets plugin Version 5.5.4

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @bhretreats, it seems like a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Best,
    Abz

    Thanks Abz.

Having checked for conflicts and I have found that the plugin “All in one SEO” was causing the issue. Have resolved by deactivating this plugin.

Hi @bhretreats, good one. Thanks for sharing that All in One SEO is causing some issues here. I wasn’t able to replicate the issue and also installed AIOS, we also do not have a known issue with it. I wonder if it wasn’t installed properly. Could you try re-installing AIOS? See if that makes a difference.

Hey @bhretreats, this thread has been inactive for a while, so we’re going to go ahead and mark it Resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if any other questions come up, and we’d be happy to help.

    Cheers,
    Abz

I see this thread was marked Resolved… but I just found a new fix for the 3 large black circles/spots on the Checkout page… at least when using the Divi Theme. (The page also didn’t properly display the checkout fields)

Event Tickets creates a default page called “Tickets Checkout” with the shortcode [tec_tickets_checkout]. It uses the Standard Editor to do so.

On our site, the fix was to open that page and edit with Divi Builder, adding the shortcode above into a Code module. Voila! All display issues resolved.

Also allows us to further customize the page without affecting checking.

Note: the issue was NOT caused for us by any plug-in conflicts, as I also tried disabling all plugins except for The Events Calendar+ TEC Pro + Event Tickets.

Hope this helps someone else, including TEC Support Staff!

    Kellan
