3 boxes under header pic

Hi all,

Just wondering. In the preview picture of this theme, there are three boxes under the header picture. Each box features a picture and some text beneath it. I downloaded this theme but cant figure out bow to get these three content boxes to appear? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
