3-column theme with header nav and “sidebar cap”

I’m hoping someone could help me find a theme that I can customize. I’m looking for a 3-column (double sidebar on right) theme with a widget-friendly “sidebar cap” or “sidebar header” section. That’s a section that spans both sidebars (double width) and that allows a widget. A lot of themes have an “about” or “subscribe” section that appears that way, but via hard coding (not widgets). I’m looking for a theme with widget flexibility for the double-spanning section. A good example is the Dojo theme, which I started marking up until I realized that is has no navigation links for other pages. I do need to have such navigation built-in.

I’m a proficient html and css coder, so I can handle the customization. Although the simpler the template, the easier it will be to customize….
