3 Different Readings for the Same Location

Weather Atlas is reporting 3 different temperatures for the same location.

On the widget I have Athens ~ Pennsylvania, USA (2378038) as the City. (Also note that the drop down doesn’t work for city selection so I used https://www.weather-atlas.com/weather/includes/autocomplete_city.php?limit=20&language=en&term=Athens to grab the city code.) This currently reads 21 degrees if I add the widget to the page.

On the page itself I tried using [shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2378038] and this shows 36 degrees.

If I consult https://www.weather-atlas.com/en/pennsylvania-usa/athens it shows the current temperature of 3 degrees.

So 3 different readings for the same city. Not only are the temps different but the entire forecast it different. Sunny/Cloudy etc.

I tried Deactivating/Activating.
I tried to create new widget.

I have not tried checking any transient cached items because even if I could fix that, the shortcode information is still incorrect compared to the website.

Side Note:
Also since the shortcode - all options isn’t working, you go into the console and search city_selector_shortcode_toggle_div you can find the class where the shortcode options are contained.
