Just to confirm, have you added ranges for 3 and 6 quantities in the rule setup.

Is it possible to open a ticket at our support section providing us with a screenshot of the rules and URL to the site where we can check this out?

Thanks so much for your reply! I’ve added a 6 for ￡8 rule… I’m guessing I’ll need to add another rule for 9 for ￡12
My question is which how do I get the correct rule to apply depending on how many are added to the cart? For example, if someone adds 4 to cart it takes off ￡0.50, but if someone adds 7 to cart it takes off ￡0.50. I’m guessing I need to go to settings – Apply Discount, but I’m not sure which one of these to select.

Hi Lisa

You can add all ranges in a single rule itself. No need to create separate rules.
In a single rule, you can have multiple ranges:

3 for 4
6 for 8
9 for 12
12 for 16
And so on

Thank you – I’m still having problems… is this available on the free woo discount rules or would I have to upgrade to pro to do this?
Sorry – it’s all very very new to me and I have no previous knowledge!

If you are using the free version, you may want to consider upgrading to the pro version.
