3 galleries in 1 page, lightbox working for just 1

This is happening on my portfolio site. There are 3 galleries: Illustration, Character Design and Comics. But the lightbox feature is just working for Illustration. In all other galleries, images are opening as plain links.

All the galleries share identical parameters and have been inserted via shortcode, so I’m at a loss of what is happening here.
