• First of all – the many 5 stars reviews for this plugin could be false, because of the fact that this developer offers a 50% discount to new customers, if the rate him 5 stars even before they have received their “pro-plugin”…

Off course i did not rate 5 stars, I went with the 25% discount that you get when you dont make a false review.

I took me 3 hours just to figure out how to upgrade the free plugin to “pro version”. Once I got it installed, several things was not working, because they were not activated in the yet… I guess I have to wait for the developer to do something… But how would I know, when there are absolutely no documentation what so ever…

Support…:( it took an entire day to figure out where to get support… I have now been waiting 3 days for some answers about I my plugin but no response yet…

    *Looks*

Off course i did not rate 5 stars, I went with the 25% discount that you get when you dont make a false review.

@gurugundy Now you’ve got my complete attention. Can you please explain what you mean by that? What 25% discount exactly?

    Hi @jdembowski,

I was updating my plugin to make it compatible with WC 3.0 and found this SHOCKING!! review. First of all we didn’t force user to buy pro plugin to get all listed features. We provide 25% discount code to our all users.

And in our Refund policy it’s stated cleary (link is provided in footer on every page) that Refund will not applicable for discount items/products. It’s our business policy if you don’t agree this you don’t need to buy our plugin.

@jdembowski this review has very bad impression for our entire business. Our plugin does exactly what it’s mentioned in features. And according to policies Pro version related issue should not be discussed here. This forum is for plugin related issues. And how can we are SCAM if we are providing all listed feature in free plugin??

You are humbly requested to remove un relevant review. Waiting for your kind response.

@nmedia This is really an important question on my part:

Can you right now clearly explain and show me the page that that 25% discount is? The one that you provide to all of your users. I need to see that web page and get an explanation from you about that.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly,

To get 25% discount, user will install plugin and in plugin settings user can see discount code like this screenshot: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/4xv00/30s1

And I further look into my sales this client was also refunded from our sales department on April 10 and we also see our support forums he was provided support. But all these things are not related to free plugin.

Looking forward for your kind response.

And we have openly mentioned in our description to see discount code after installation in plugin description here.

Sorry to keep posting in chunks, but I am shocked. A person who opened 4 forum thread in our pro support system and support was provided, he was given discount upto 25%. And finally he was Refunded (even against our refund policy). He is damaging our business.

Please remove this thread which is totally against what he is saying.

I’m not removing this review but I am changing the review title and replying to the reviewer directly.

    @gurugundy This part is nonsense.

You have no idea the amount of scrutiny reviews get here. I’ve looked and like you, those reviewers are valid. You might disagree with them but that’s your prerogative.

    This next part is valid.

I took me 3 hours just to figure out how to upgrade the free plugin to “pro version”. Once I got it installed, several things was not working, because they were not activated in the yet… I guess I have to wait for the developer to do something… But how would I know, when there are absolutely no documentation what so ever…

That’s feedback and reflects your experience. I’m not weighing in on if you’re right or wrong, I am just just observing that feedback.

The paragraphs after that? Those are personal attacks and I have redacted that part. Keep the review about your experience. If you resort to more name calling then I am removing this review.

    Hi @jdembowski,

thanks for updating this review, however first paragraph is not yet removed/updated. I am agree with support issue if he faced and it’s valid as review.

And what you mean by this:

If you resort to more name calling then I am removing this review.

I’m not editing that part because I already addressed it above.
