3 page sitemaps all same

  • i have listed
    /sitemap_index.xml
    /page-sitemap1.xml
    /page-sitemap2.xml
    /page-sitemap3.xml

    all list identical pages i have 900 sitemaps set to 1000 per sitemap
    so why am i getting all these sitemaps?
