• Hello WordPress team,

    Hope you all are fine.

I faced an issue while investigating WordPress 5 new features. I am using an E-Commerce WordPress theme (Vitrine. I’ve bought it from Themeforest). While creating a new page, 3 scrollbars appear on the screen. See the screenshots.
I think it relates to Gutenberg codes, not the theme. Please check it out and let me know what should I do?

  • Hello reventon94

I reviewed your screenshot, yes I see three Scrollbars.

It seems it is because of the section height not fitting the screen, so they have provided a Scroll so a user can use it just check it specific section. As you have all the Tabs Opened.

In case you want to hide the scroll, just close all the section and open them only when needed.

Let me know if you still have any query.

    Thanks.

The 3 scroll bar problem happens when you have a lot of plugins and other stuff which causes the left hand menu to be longer than the screen.

It is a known issue, without a fix at present. A workaround would be to eliminate some of the addon plugins that you have which are adding menus to the left hand side of the screen. Maybe it’s worth examining what plugins you’re running, and figuring out which of them you don’t really need anymore.
