    Installed and activated this plug in. Receive a message stating SMTP settings correct and established connection to ZOHO server.

    Tried sending 3 test emails; each email failed to send.

    Could not disable and remove plug in fast enough. If you want to waste time, this is a good way to do so but I prefer to watch the grass grow.

    Could you please recheck the SMTP configuration?

    Outgoing Server Settings for Personal Users (email address, [email protected]):

    • SMTP Host: smtp.zoho.com
    • Port: 465
    • Security Type: SSL
    • Require Authentication: Yes

    Outgoing Server Settings for Organization Users (domain-based email address, [email protected]):

    • SMTP Host: smtppro.zoho.com
    • Port: 465 with SSL or 587 with TLS
    • Require Authentication: Yes

    Please verify which type of email you are using—personal or organization—since the SMTP host differs for each, which could cause issues with sending emails.

    Also, ensure you check the “SMTP Password” option. If you are using the Zoho mail login password, it will not work. You need to create an “App password” from your profile and use this password in the “SMTP Password” option.
