30 JS files created today

Hi, I’m currently troubleshooting an issue whereby seemingly randomly (I’m talking once every couple of weeks*), our site will fail to load either the combined JS, or the combined CSS, leaving pages either with malfunctioning elements, or completely unstyled.

Purging the cache resolves the issue immediately.

As part of this I’ve been monitoring the JS folder in the /litespeed directory. So far today our site has generated 30 separate JS files, so I was wondering whether this is normal?

We’re using 4.3, and I’m aware of the CSS fix that’s currently in beta, which I have running on our test site, however, I haven’t seen anything relating to JS not loading.

I have all JS Combine features on, but only CSS Combine and CSS Minify (no async loading, no critical CSS, no per page CSS).

*of course it could be happening more often, and we’re just not seeing it – then the files get updated and it starts working OK again.
