3.0 redirecting to specific post?

New wordpress site was working great, then someone adds a post called “No One is an Island”, and then all of a sudden visits to the main index are redirecting to this specific post. See: https://activerightofway.org

1. When I create another new post, it still redirects to this specific post “No one is an island”
2. I have tried returning to default permalinks, deleting .htaccess, problem persists.
3. My permalink structure is “/p/%postname” (no quotes) — works well on other WP installs
4. I have tried multiple themes, this does not seem to be a function of the theme (Ashford)
