301 Indexing

Hi there!
I was wondering, When you use a 301, Google removes the old page from their index and most value (link equity) from that page is transferred to the new one.

I actually don’t want google to index the redirected page for all users,
I want it to be addresses to mobile users.

My question is how it works with this mobile plugin – how google treats it?
