301-redirect not working

Hi!

I’ve been trying to implement 301-redirects for quite some time now and can’t get it to work. WordPress is installed in a seperate /wordpress/ folder in the root directory and there is a redirect in place which points https://www.uro4you.at to https://www.uro4you.at/wordpress. Now we want to point the old, not search-engine-friendly URLs to the new, speaking URLs like https://www.uro4you.at/urologie using httaccess.

We have tried pretty much everything we found on the matter but nothing seems to work. The old URLs don’t cause a 404-error but open the home page. Example This is the current code in place:

We have tried the solutions mentioned in this thread but they didn’t work, same problem as described above. I replaced the code between #BEGIN and #END with the following:

There are several things I’m unsure of which might cause the problem:

1. Should the first part (source) of the rewrite rule state the entire URL? Should it include the /index.php? (https://www.uro4you.at/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=50&Itemid=56)
2. Do I have to include the /wordpress/ (redirect to https://www.uro4you.at/wordpress/vasektomie) or is this already being done by the initial redirect?
3. Should the redirect be between #BEGIN and #END wordpress or should I put it somewhere else?

I’m really lost, as I haven’t worked with redirects before and wordpress being in a subdirectory seems to make things even more complicated.
